Exceptional staff made the experience remarkable, always going above and beyond to assist. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still just a short walk to the vibrant local scene. The room, while small, had all the essentials and was remarkably cozy. On top of that, the make-your-own pancake machine was a delightful breakfast surprise!

The King Double or Twin Room packs in a kitchenette that makes it feel like home, fitting three suitcases and extras easily. The thick glazing kept the street noise at bay, turning what could be a raucous evening into a peaceful night. The in-room WiFi was quick and uncomplicated.
Fresh air is a bit of a luxury here, with windows that don’t open, leaving you relying solely on the air conditioning. The bath had a soap spillage that wasn’t fully cleaned up, which could be off-putting. Plus, the view out of the window leaves you staring at a wall. not exactly breathtaking, though it didn’t bother us much since we weren’t in the room all day.

Perfect little spot!
Had a fab time! The location is super central, and our room, although on the smaller side, was cozy with nice Molton Brown goodies. Really loved the comfy bed and the warm staff. The kitchen area was a cool touch, but the streets outside can get a bit noisy at night. a cute place to stay!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in assisting with bookings and retrieving a lost item quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, but soundproofing could be improved as there was some noise from outside at night. this hotel is great for families and offers a good location near attractions, but could enhance the quiet atmosphere.

The location is superb with easy access to bars and eats, and the staff held a welcoming demeanor. Rooms are intimate yet cozy, though I encountered a quirky shower and a slightly uncomfortable bed. it serves well as a base for exploring central London.

I spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved the cozy small double room and the little kitchenette that made snacking easy. There were comfy seating areas to relax in and a nice bar where we enjoyed some drinks. One minor thing was the breakfast could’ve had more variety, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 😊

Had a blast with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring the British Museum and Covent Garden after some shopping. The staff were super helpful, especially the manager who gave great local tips. Rooms were clean and comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day out.
The acoustics were a bit poor on Saturday night. we could hear people outside. Luckily, the beds were comfy enough to help us get some rest, but it would have been nice to have breakfast options available on-site.

Had an amazing group trip! We spent our days exploring nearby theaters and restaurants after enjoying our comfy, well-kept Superior King room. Pablo’s friendly tips made our outing even better. Remember, there’s no on-site breakfast, but plenty of cafes close by.
The neighborhood was lively at night, so we did hear some noise from outside, which could bother sensitive sleepers.
